Shakti Leadership Foundation Course 2.0
Overview
Shakti Leadership - Embracing Feminine and Masculine Power
Something is out of sync with the example of leadership today. Feminine energy in leadership is largely absent from our professional lives, but introducing it could help organizations become more balanced and integrated.
Based on the internationally acclaimed book ‘Shakti Leadership’ authored by Nilima Bhat and Raj Sisodia, this course reveals an archetype that is generative, cooperative, creative, inclusive, and empathic. While traditionally regarded as feminine qualities we all have them! In the Indian yogic tradition, they are symbolic of Shakti, the energy source that powers all life.
By enrolling in this carefully designed Shakti Leadership course you will learn how to access this infinite energy and to lead with self-mastery and in selfless service.
During this 15 hours - 12 module course, you will
- Gain insights into both the Hero and Heroine’s Journey, appreciating the unique aspects of the Conscious Woman’s Journey, enhancing self-awareness in your roles as leaders.
- Identify and understand key "allies and enemies" within your professional spheres, utilizing the Drama to Dharma triangle to manage conflicts effectively.
- Gain a deeper understanding of archetypes as agents of individuation and how these can be leveraged to turn unconscious drives into powerful assets.
- Develop skills in storytelling to reinterpret personal and professional growth narratives, enhancing both inner and outer journey dynamics.
- Master the elements of presence through meditation, learning to maintain a relaxed body, even breath, clear mind, open heart, sensitive sonar, and energetic induction.
- Understand and define one's personal powerbase, distinguishing between True Power and False Power, and reflecting on 'Power Over vs Power With' dynamics.
- Learn to be the “Wise Fool of Tough Love” through the Masculine & Feminine | Elder & Child leadership styles assessment, identifying strengths and gaps and adapting to varying contexts and team needs effectively.
- Gain a comprehensive view of wholeness from different cultural perspectives (Western, Chinese, Indian) and understand how these can be integrated into personal and organizational leadership practices.

- Integrate learned skills and insights through the creation of a Power Symbol
If you are concerned that too many leaders, men and women alike, are buying into a notion of leadership that exclusively emphasizes traditionally ‘masculine’ qualities, win-at-all-costs and yearn for leadership that is balanced; this course is for you.
